But, if you have already purchased such type of plot and want to start the construction of your house on it, first of all you should need to make arrangement for eliminating vastu dosh caused by its inauspicious structure. Inauspicious structured plot can be changed also into auspicious structured plot. Here, we are describing about the ways of eliminating Vastu dosh-

Eliminating Vastu dosh of a triangular plot

A triangular plot is considered as an inauspicious plot. By making such plot as an auspicious structured plot, Vastu dosh of it can be eliminated.

There are four types of conditions observed according to the roads located in the different directions of a triangular plot like-

Triangular plot facing west direction-

  1. Boundary wall should be constructed around the rectangular area shown in given figure.
  2. In given figure, a triangular plot facing west direction has been shown. The plot has also a road in its west direction. Only its rectangular area can be used.
  3. In such plot, plants and trees should be planted in its wouth-west and south-east direction outside the boundary wall and towards its north direction; parking should be arranged for standing vehicles as well as lawn can be also made around it.

Triangular plot facing north direction-

  1. In this plot, plants and trees should be planted in south-west and north-west direction outside the boundary wall and in its east direction, parking should be arranged and also, lawn can be made here.
  2. In given figure, a triangular plot facing north direction has been shown. The plot has also a road in its north direction. Only the rectangular area of such plot can be used.
  3. Boundary wall should be constructed around the rectangular area shown in given figure.

Triangular plot facing east direction-

  1. In given figure, a triangular plot facing east direction has been shown. The plot has also a road in its east direction. The expanded are on its north-east direction is considered as very beneficial. So, boundary wall should be constructed by including this area according to the given figure.
  2. In this plot, plants and trees should be planted in the south-west and north-west direction outside the boundary wall and in its east direction, parking should be arranged and also, lawn can be made here.

Triangular plot facing south direction-

  1. In given figure, a triangular plot facing south direction has been shown. The plot has also a road in its south direction. The expanded are on its north-east direction is considered as very beneficial. So, boundary wall should be constructed by including this area according to the given figure.
  2. In this plot, plants and trees should be planted in the south-west and south-east directions outside the boundary wall and in its east direction, parking should be arranged and also, lawn can be made here.
  3. By constructing house according to Vastu Shastra after making few changes in activities told in a triangular plot, the Vastu dosh due to inauspicious structure can be eliminated.
  4. If one uses this plot in its present shape for the construction of house, there is no doubt that the people living in such house may have to face mental instability and obstruction in their progress.

Pentagonal plot (the plot having five corners)

The pentagonal plot is considered as harmful in itself whether its fifth corner is increasing its north-east direction.

If one constructs his house on such type of plot without making changes in it into auspicious plot, he goes on fearing about economical loss, disease and fire related accident.

In the given figure, four conditions of the expansion of fifth corner have been shown. This type of plot can be used for the construction house by making it as square or rectangle after cutting the fifth corner of it. The cut corner (fifth) should be outside the boundary wall. If this cut corner is present in the east or north direction, this place can be used for walking or parking purposes, but if this corner is present in west and south directions, this place can be used for planting trees and plants. It is considered as the best place for these purposes.

Irregular sided plot

Due to being all the four angles of a plot different, the length of all its sides are also become different to each other and the plot is become irregular shaped.

If such type of plot is increased or has been expanded in its north-east direction, this type of plot should be used for the construction of house only after making the angle of this corner as right angle and remaining area of the plot should be left. In the west direction of it, parking should be arranged in remaining place and the place remaining in south direction should be used for planting trees and plants. All these activities are considered as very auspicious.

Samlambakar-shaped plot-

The plot having only two of its sides as equal called samlambakar-shaped plot.

Square or rectangular shape obtained after meeting big sides by making equal angles on both the ends of small sides can be used for the construction of house after raising boundary wall around this shape.

If the north-east corner of such plot has being expanded or increased, this section should also be added in the area selected for constructing house.

Both the conditions have been shown clearly in given figure.

Quadrilateral (quadrangular) plot

The plot whose opposite sides are equal and no any angle is a right angle, is known as quadrilateral plot.

The opposite angles of such plot are either very big or very small. This type of plot can be also used by making it square or rectangular shape as said above. Both the conditions have been shown in given figure.

It is become clear through the facts given in this section that for making any inauspicious shaped plot in to auspicious shaped one, if there is an expansion in the north-east corner of the plot, such type of plot should be made in to rectangular or square shaped after adding this expansion too.
