Different parts of plot
Auspicious (positive) and inauspicious (negative) affects of different parts of plot fall on every people surely. It also impacts on property, children, business, etc. So, the principles of Fengsui should be kept in the mind while purchasing plot. Few land property are considered as beneficial or few of them as harmful on the basis of their shapes. The shape of a plot impacts also one’s nature.
Precaution while selecting plot–
In Fengsui, the location of plot, its surroundings and the part around it are also considered as very important.
In china, the people believe that energy flow inside the house passing through its surroundings. This is the reason why the impacts of pillars, trees, river, mountains, etc. fall on house.
In this chapter (section), the condition and shape of a land property as well as its surroundings are describing. It should always be kept in the mind that a plot should be selected on a higher place for constructing house on it, because higher place has the impacts of beneficial energy. This is the reason why higher the back portion and lower the front portion of a house is considered as good.
If there is a type of valley or lower area in front of a land, mountain or higher area behind it, etc. this type of plot is considered as auspicious. The plot must also have appropriate place for digging out water. If the soil of plot is wet, this type of plot is not considered as useful.
For business purpose, plot or piece of land should be purchased on such a place where any type of business has been done. If its surrounding is developed, such type of plot is considered as auspicious and profitable for your business. But, in other hand, if the people around a land are poor and helpless, this type of plot should not be purchased.
Facts about plot or piece of land is describing by following ways-
Egg-shaped plot– House should not be constructed on egg-shaped plot, because this type of plot is not considered as auspicious for house. But, this type of plot is considered as useful for religious activities. For normal people, egg-shaped plot is considered as harmful as well as it creates disturbance in progress (success).
Semicircular plot- House should never be constructed on such type of plot. Destruction of the people living in the house constructed on such plot goes on taking place.
Semi-egg-shaped plot– This type of plot is also not considered as auspicious. The people living in the house constructed on such plot go on fearing about thief, robber, murderer, etc. all the time.
Plot having all its four sides as equal– constructing house in the center or front part of such plot has been told as auspicious. The people living in such house go on getting success. But, for making it more auspicious, alteration in it is very necessary.
Plot having irregular (unequal) sides– The plot having all its sides and corners unequal is known as irregular sided plot.
In the given figure, the plot has being increased in north-east corner, so this type of plot is considered as useful.
In the west direction of the plot, parking for standing car, etc. can be made and in vacant place of its south direction, trees and plants can be grown, it is considered as auspicious.
L-shaped plot– In Fengsui, a plot in shape of English alphabet ‘L’ is not considered as good. House should not be constructed on such plot. If you want to construct house on such plot, it can be used for this purpose, but after making few changes in it. For it, both types of conditions have been shown in figure.
Square plot– According to the principles of Fengsui, square or four sided plot has been considered as very useful. House should be constructed on the center of this plot. If the house is constructed in the front portion of this plot, the beginning life of the master of the house passes happily but the last stage of his life passes with troubles.
T-shaped plot– According to Fengsui, T-shaped plot has been considered as inauspicious (harmful). The people living in the house constructed on such plot have to face very complicated problems.
This type of land proves very beneficial if few changes would be done in it. Mostly it has been seen that this type of plot is not available easily.
Rectangular plot– This type of land gives much pleasure, wealth and makes all the wishes true. But, the length and width of such plot should not be doubled than the plot. Example- if the length of the plot is 80 feet, its width must be 40 feet.
Octagonal plot (the plot having eight corners) – According to Fengsui, this type of plot is considered as inauspicious (harmful). So, house should not be constructed on such plot. But, when this type of plot is situated near sea beach, construction hotel on it is very beneficial.
Hexagonal plot (the plot having six corners)-This type of Land gives happiness and prosperity. The people living in the house constructed on such plot go on getting success in every their works.
Samamit land– This type of land represents Chinese word ‘TU’ means ‘The Earth’. This type of plot is considered as very auspicious and useful for constructing house. The shaded part shown in given figure is the sign of positive energy. This type of plot is considered as good for special works.
Samamit plot– This type of land represents Chinese word ‘Wang’ means ‘King’. This type of plot is considered as good and useful for constructing house.
Shang-shaped plot– This type of Land is like that of Chinese word ‘Shang’ means ‘Up’. This type of land is the sign of progress. This type of plot is considered as auspicious and useful for constructing house. Its shaded portion represents about increasing energy.
Xia-shaped plot– This type of land is like that of Chinese word ‘Xia’ means ‘Low’. This type of plot is neither considered as good nor bad for constructing house. Its shaded portion represents less energy.
