Yuga and Vedic Dharma

Yuga and Vedic Dharma

Yuga (Period of Time) And Vedic Religion

All the ages of world have been described serially by following way-

Krityuga (Satyuga) –

It is the first of the four yugas- the time of purity and peace. It persisted for 1728000 years. In this Yuga, the age of the people was long and they were meditated to Narayana (God). Sagar is also called as ‘Narah, because they had been generated through human being and the living place was called ayan, so he had been called as ‘Narayana’.

Tretayuga-

The time period of this Yuga had been remaining up to 1296000. In this Yuga, the spiritual nature and age of the people had become less than earlier. The activity of self talk (meditation) in this Yuga had to sacrifice on the basis of deeds.

Dwaparyuga-

This Yuga ran up to 864000. For meditation, the people of this Yuga were do popular worship in temples on the basis of determined activity, but their behave had been lessened more periodically in religious works till now.

Kalyuga-

Whatever is running in present time is called kalyuga. This Yuga would be run up to only 432000 years. It was started about 5000 years ago. In this Yuga, the people’s age is short. They have no any type of interest in spiritual topics or meditation. This is the reason why the Vedas have been divided into four sections as well as it had been scripted too and had hand over to the people who had given its knowledge to their pupils. In this way, the branch similar to different Vedas had been made.

According to the beliefs of old historians, Aryans had come in India with their Vedic religions and traditions from the south part of Russia in 2000 B.C. which has not any evidence like before, because sindhu valley’s civilization had established there 3500 to 2500 B.C. through the proofs found in the two main towns of that place named Hadappa and Mohanjodro, it comes in existence that many aspects developing after that are considered as the part of initial Sindhu valley’s civilization. Besides yogiyon sat in the posture of meditation and statue related to lord Shiva in Sindhu valley’s civilization, proofs are also found that worship in temple in daily life was considered as the chief principle. In the Vedas too like this, the ways of greatest spiritual progress had been determined for the people of that time.

It has been described about castes speaking different types of languages and Vedic religion accepts also other ways. This is the reason why Vedic religion has never tried nor will try to destroy other religions. In its view, it is very wide worldly. The reason of living Vedic culture till now is as follow- ‘Sarve bhavantu sukhinah’, means every people of this world would get happiness. This type of prayer is sung also today. The best rule of Vedas is ‘Unity in dissimilarity’ on world level.

The world is very creditor for our mother earth. There is no any caste of any country of this earth for which the world is as much creditor as the Hindu having patience is creditor for gentle Hindu i.e. ancient Indian. The seeds of great truth and power had sown through the increasing jwar of national life in ancient and modern time had fallen on other land through bugles making terrible noise in war. All types of thoughts would able to go forward only after becoming bloody. Just this knowledge had given chiefly by other countries too, but India had maintained peace till thousands of years.

Our Vedic religion has taught about this fact and we should do progress on the basis of whatever is our behavior. It is useless to try of adopting the policy of doing work given forcefully by other countries. This type of happening is impossible. We should never do condemnation about the institutes of other castes or their traditions. They are good for them and doing this type of condemnation does not suit for us. The thing is appropriate for a man, can be poisonous for other. It is the first education (lesson) of its type about which we have to get knowledge. Whatever modern facility they had gotten, other science, institutions and traditions come in the background of them. We can follow our mental habit naturally behind which there are deeds done thousands of years ago and our traditions. We will have to walk on the paths made earlier as well as will have to do works like that.
