What should you carry along with the admit card to the ESE Prelims exam centre?
If you are going to appear for ESE Prelims 2024 then you should carry an identity card or Aadhar card along with the admit card. One thing to keep in mind here is that the number of this identity card should be the same as the number you filled while applying for the exam. Because otherwise your identity will not be verified.
Students will be required to submit ESE at the time of ESE as its number will be mentioned on the UPSC ESE Admit Card. The list of valid photo identity proof can be as follows –

- Voter ID Card
- driving license
- Identity card issued by any government authority
