National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the admit card soon for Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2024 Session 1. Because JEE Main 2024 Session 1 exam will be held on 27, 29, 30, 31 January and 01 February 2024. Every year it is released 3 days before the exam. Till now JEE Main Admit Card has not been released but it may be released soon on the official website of JEE Main.

JEE Main City Intimation Slip 2024
The process to download JEE Main admit card is given below. Check it carefully and if the admit card is issued then follow it and download the admit card.
- First of all open jeemain.nta.ac.in.
- Here you will find an active link to download the admit card.
- Click the link. The login details will appear in front of you.
- Login to the portal by entering the application number and date of birth here.
- You will be asked for your secure PIN. Enter the PIN and download your admit card for JEE Main 2024 Session 1.
- Take a print-out of it for future reference.
How to check JEE Main 2024 admit card?
Once you download the admit card, look for the following details given below to check the admit card.
- Candidate’s name
- father’s name
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Social class
- Eligibility Status

- question paper medium
- Paper (B.E./B.Tech. or B.Arch./B.Planning)
- exam date
- Reporting/entry time at the center
- center gate closing time
- Test time (shift)
- Venue of Examination (Address of Examination Centre)

How to reset JEE Main 2024 password?
IIT-JEE Main students please note. If you have forgotten the password of jeemain.nta.nic.in and you are not able to download your admit card then no problem. Because we are going to tell you a process here. Using this process you will be able to reset the password of the portal.
- To reset the password, visit the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in.
- Here you will get the admit card link. Click on it.
- Then click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link given here.
- Here you have to answer the security question that you chose while filling the JEE Main 2024 application form.
- After this SMS code will be sent to your mobile number. Along with this, a reset link will be sent to your email ID, click on it to reset the password.
JEE Main 2024 Exam Day Guidelines
If you are going to appear for JEE Main 2024 then follow the guidelines given below as these guidelines have been issued by NTA.
- Some guidelines related to JEE Main 2024 exam
- Reach the JEE Main exam center at least two hours before the start of the JEE Main exam.
- Cooperate in security check at JEE exam centre.
- Bring JEE Main Admit Card 2024 and a valid ID proof with you to the examination centre.
- Aadhar, Passport, Voter ID, School ID/PAN or Driving License, etc. can be used as valid ID proof.
- You will be provided with blank paper/rough sheet inside the examination hall itself.
- If you are suffering from diabetes, you can carry food items like sugar tablets/fruits and transparent water bottles inside the examination hall. But carrying packaged food is prohibited.
- Inside the examination hall, you sit on that seat for which the officials there allow you.
- Do not take any electronic device to the examination centre.
- Entering the examination center after the commencement of the examination or before its completion is not permitted.
- If you fall in PWD category then you must have PWD certificate.
What items can be carried to the JEE Main 2024 exam centre?
If you are going to appear for the exam, then note that National Testing Agency has listed some items which you cannot take to the exam centre. These items are as follows-
- Instrument / Geometry Box / Pencil Box
- Any type of electronic equipment
- Handbags
- Purses
- any metal object
- Eatables / Snacks & Tea / Coffee / Cold Drinks / Water (loose or packed)
- Camera, tape recorder
- Any kind of paper/stationery
- Mobile phone / earphone / microphone / pager

When you are going to give JEE Main 2024, then check that you must have these things with you.

- Mask and gloves
- Sanitizer
