A. Necessary instructions for MPPSC Application Form
- Online applications are invited for filling the advertised posts under State Service Preliminary Examination 2024.
- Online applications for State Service Preliminary Examination 2024 can be filled from 19-01-2024 to 18-02-2024 on www.mponline.gov.in and www.mppsc.mp.gov.in. After that, the application form link will be closed.
- Applications of MPPSC Recruitment 2024 for State Service Examination 2024 will be accepted online only. Any kind of manual or application form sent by post will not be accepted by the Commission.
B. Age limit for MPPSC
- Age will be calculated with reference to 01 January 2024.
- For calculating the age, the same date of birth which is mentioned in the 10th (High School) mark list of the candidate will be considered. Therefore, in the online application form, candidates should mention only the name, father’s name and date of birth mentioned in the said mark list.
C. Fees for MPPSC Exam
- Candidates can pay the examination fee for the above examination through credit/debit card, internet banking. Apart from this, the examination fee is M.P. Cash will be accepted through authorized kiosks online. Refer Appendix-III for fee details. Candidates should check the online application form to ensure that the payment details and “Payment Done” are clearly mentioned. No bank draft or check will be accepted for payment of examination fee.
- Representations received by the Commission for refund regarding excess or erroneous payment of fees over and above those confirmed by the Commission in the online application form under the recruitment process will not be accepted. Candidates should pay the prescribed fees only after carefully following the instructions given to them. The Commission is not responsible for refund of erroneous/excess payment through kiosk or other means.
D. Error Correction Instructions
- While applying, check your application form properly. Because after the application, any kind of error can be corrected from 22-01-2024 to 20-04-2024. To make corrections you will also have to pay a fee of Rs 50. To make corrections in the application, visit www.mponline.gov.in website. But the thing to be noted here is that the candidate cannot make any kind of correction related to his name. Therefore, keep this in mind while applying.
- All candidates are informed that any error committed in the preliminary examination cannot be rectified at the stage of main examination or interview. Therefore, while applying, check your application form once again.
- If you are making any correction related to reserved category and making correction for unreserved category, then you will have to pay the difference amount of application fee. But if you have applied as unreserved category and are going to change it to reserved category, then the difference in application fee will not be refunded.
- Category / Category (Unreserved / Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe / Other Backward Class / Economically Weaker Section) / Gender (Female / Male) / Disabled / Ex-Serviceman / Government Servant / Birth filled by the candidate in the online application form. The result of the examination is declared only on the basis of date etc. Therefore, any kind of change will not be valid after the application error correction period is over. The Commission will not enter into any correspondence with the applicant regarding all the representations regarding category/category/date of birth and all such representations will be invalidated. Candidates should ensure that they are included under the relevant category as per the updated orders of the government. In case of wrong information, candidature will be rejected.
E. Eligibility
1. Educational Qualification:
All graduate passed or candidates studying in the final year of graduation are eligible for the State Service Examination.
2. Employment Panchayan:
(a.) In compliance with the final order dated 08-03-2024 passed in the petition number 5096/2024 filed in the Hon’ble High Court Bench, Jawalpur, candidates from other states have been exempted from appearing in the employment office.
(b.) It will not be necessary for the original residents of Madhya Pradesh to have live employment registration while applying, but such candidates will have to compulsorily submit the live registration certificate of the employment office by the last date of sending the desired documents to the Commission office for interview.
(c.) Employees of Government/ Corporation/ Board/ Undertaking/ Commission/ Board/ University/ Autonomous Institution and city police – candidates working in the service of Madhya Pradesh Government, will have no objection certificate issued by the department/office. On presenting the no objection certificate as mentioned above, you will be exempted from employment registration.
3. The educational qualification/ experience/ desirable qualification and reservation classification of the advertised vacancies etc. mentioned in the published advertisement have been published by the department on the basis of demand letter, in which the Commission has no role. Therefore, the candidates are directed that the complaints received in the Commission in this regard will not be accepted. Candidates complaining in this regard can send their application directly to that department.
F. Examination Center and Admit Card
- Vastu objective preliminary examination for the posts advertised under this advertisement will be conducted on 28-04-2024 in two sessions at the district headquarters. Admit cards for the examination will be available for download on www.mponline.gov.in and www.mppsc.mp.gov.in from 20-04-2024.
- At the time of invitation of online application form in the recruitment advertisements by the Commission, the examination center is allotted to the candidates on the basis of priority and availability of city for allotment. Once the candidates have been approved by the examination centre, no representation regarding change of examination city will be accepted.
- Classification of reimbursement is provided by the Commission for the traveling expenses of the candidates involved in the recruitment process as per the rules for coming and going for the examination, as per the rules of which the process of payment is carried out. Therefore, reimbursement will be made only after applying in this regard to the competent authority in the prescribed format. Representations received through any other means will not be accepted.
